A skin barrier recovery ingredient from Sinerga, Tri-Solve® uses a combination of an intracellular lipid component (ceramides) and a sugary humectant agent (trehalose) which makes it ideal for restoring the stratum corneum and inhibiting the damage caused by dehydration.
It’s especially good in the wake of increased use of hand sanitiser and as the cold weather draws in, and is particularly beneficial for products that are developed specifically for dry or atopic skin.

Tri-Solve® has the ability to restore the hydrolipidic film. It works by reducing trans epidermal water loss (TEWL), therefore increasing water retention and hydration, through ceramides which form multi-layered lamellar structures with other lipids between cells in the stratum corneum layers, acting as a water modulator and a permeability barrier. Trehalose works by completely suppressing skin dehydration damage.
