Rheozan SH
Hetero-polysaccharide produced by pure fermentation of Agrobacterium tumefaciens, purified by recovery with isopropanol, dried and milled. It is a thickening and stabilising hydrocolloid giving aqueous solution of high viscosity and high yield value even at low concentrations and us unaffected by temperature.
