A high performance zwitteronic surfactant that is stable over a wide pH range. Highly compatible, it exhibits high foaming even in high electrolyte solutions and is stable in 19% sodium hydroxide. Exhibits foam synergy with common anionics and can be used in place of Cocamidopropyl Betaine to boost flash foam. Replaces cocamide DEA 1:1 (on actives basis) with similar, yet broader, salt thickening. Produced from coconut oil and is readily biodegradable and cold processable. MACKAM® CBS-50G E is stable in both hard and soft water stable and has excellent lime soap dispersing properties.
