One of our highlights this year was standing alongside Syensqo as they launched three exciting new ingredients across scalp care and skin care. Let’s take a closer look.
1. Re2 Coffea Arabica Peptide
A new active for hair and scalp care derived from up-cycled coffee grounds
Re2 Coffea Arabica Peptide is an advanced scalp care peptide that soothes irritation, boosts hydration, and reinforces the scalp barrier to support healthier hair. It helps reduce inflammation, redness, and hair loss, restoring overall scalp comfort and balance.
Upcycled from coffee grounds, Re2 Coffea Arabica Peptide is designed using AI to identify optimal amino acid sequences, then enzymatically released for high efficacy. This approach combines circular sourcing with precise enzymatic digestion to deliver sustainable, high-performance results.

2. Cerafy™ Clear NP Boost
A new addition to the Cerafy™ range of Ceramides that allows for transparent formulations
This new innovation is a highly efficient ceramide delivery system, suitable for both leave-on and rinse-off applications. It can be formulated to have a translucent or transparent appearance watery formulation. On top of showing in-vivo anti-wrinkles and skin elasticity boosting efficacy (after only 14 days), this breakthrough delivery system demonstrates superior performance compared to pure Ceramide NP with faster and longer-lasting effect on hydration, skin barrier repair, soothing, and antioxidant activity.
On the surface of the skin, the novel and unique combination of biocompatible polymer with Ceramide NP-loaded liposome forms a film enabling targeted and sustained ceramide release deep into the stratum corneum for an optimised activity.
