Preventol® BIT 20 D is an aqueous dispersion of the biocidal active ingredient
benzisothiazolinone and offers the following advantageous characteristics:

– High alkaline stability, can even be used at very high pH values (> 10)

Highly effective preservative for the protection of industrial water-based products against the attack of microorganisms. The combination of the actives isothiazolinones and O-Formal provides a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity against bacteria, mould fungi and yeasts.

In-can preservative based on benzisothiazolinone and monovalent-stabilised isothiazolinones for the preservation of aqueous technical preparations such as polymer dispersions, aqueous coatings, plasters and synthetic adhesives.

Broad spectrum of action against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including sulphate-reducing, anaerobic types. Preventol P100 is ideal for the preservation of aqueous chemical-technical preparations and products such as surfactant solutions, polymer emulsions, polishes and household products. Also ideal for water treatment in cooling circuits, paper machinery, oil and gas recovery and lithographic fluids. PT6 registered.

Phenoxyethanol in combination with a natural derived stabiliser that enhances the performance of the Phenoxyethanol. Preventol BIT IT can be used without the need for labelling at suggested use levels for preservation of water based preparations such as detergents and household products.

Preventol BIT 20N is an aqueous/glycolic preparation of the biocidal active ingredient benzisothiazolinone, with a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria, mould, fungi and yeasts. Good water miscibility of this preservative enables simple and problem-free incorporation in the concentration ranges recommended for preservation. Preventol BIT 20N is PT6 registered and has many applications including detergents, metalworking, water treatment, fabric conditioners and surface cleaners.
