Obtained from the lipophilic fraction of the correspondent plant. It’s defined “Active Wax” thanks to its double action: viscosity increasing agent and functional substance thanks to the high percentage of unsaponifiable fraction.Reinforcing, moisturizing and emollient properties.
Acrypol TR-1
Acrypol TR-1 is a polymeric emulsifier which can help stabilise oil-in-water emulsions with an oil content of up to 30% that is independent of HLB values. It can tolerate shear thinning processes and efficient at low inclusion levels in a variety of different personal care formulations offering a moderate amount of viscosity.
Acrypol TR-2
Acrypol TR-2 is a polymeric emulsifier which can help stabilise oil-in-water emulsions with an oil content of up to 60% that is independent of HLB values. It can tolerate shear thinning processes and efficient at low inclusion levels providing a slightly lower level of viscosity making it ideal for spray emulsions.
Albiwax
This “active wax” is a consistency factor booster derived from the lipophilic fraction of Apricot kernel oil offering firming, moisturising and emollient properties. This makes it suitable for anhydrous systems, lipogels, W/O emulsions, O/W emulsions and is compatible with any cosmetic anhydrous form, or where a consistent lipophilic phase is present.
Ewocream
W/O emulsifier, palm oil free, obtained by the transesterification of glycerol and sorbitol with fatty acids derived from Linseed oil, using the M.O.R.E. technique. Ewocream is particularly suitable for sensitive and delicate skin. Its highly safe profile and the prevalence of the lipophilic nature provide emollience and nourishing, good spread ability on the skin and eudermic properties.
Mackspec HA100L
Mackspec HA100L is a powder variant of the Mackspec HA40 that offers the same sensorial profile but can offer an almost ‘melting’ like feel on contact with the skin.
