DL Panthenol
D,L Panthenol is a water soluble powder of pro-vitamin B5 which is useful for all types of personal care formulations. In skin care, it works as a great moisturising agent to help reduce itching and inflammation. In hair care, it can penetrate the hair shaft working to improve elasticity and the overall shininess of the hair itself. The use of D,L Panthenol can also help to strengthen the nails.
